Email Setup with various email clients

  • You will need to know your email address and password along with the following:
    Pop3 server:
    SMTP server:
    User Name: your email address (the whole thing, ie This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  • Under More Settings, or Advanced Settings:
    Outgoing Server:  Check the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and choose "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
  • Test your email, and make sure you are able to send and recieve. If everything works, you are done.
  • If incoming works and outgoing fails, Go back into your advanced settings, and find "Server Port Numbers" Change the "Outgoing server (SMTP) from 25 to 587. Test outgoing mail (make sure to delete anything in your outgoing mailbox first) If it works you are done. If it fails, then you may need to setup your outgoing mail server to that of your ISP. To get your email from any browser on any computer go to You will see "Webmail Client Selector" Choose "RoundCube" (our favorite) or Horde.
Input your email address and password, and for server put in .
Unless you delete the email from within Webmail, your email will still be available when you get back to your home or office computer.
